RETURN POLICY

At the Augments Training Armoury we are committed to delivering products to your satisfaction, ensuring all our products go through strict quality assurance measures. At the same time, we understand and do our best to prepare for the unexpected, and so we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery, please note the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, and in a resaleable condition for the 30-day refund policy to apply.
    • Items must be packed in their original packaging, including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product.
    • Items that have been personalised are unable to be accepted for returns as they will not be deemed as resalable.
    • Items must be packaged appropriately for transport. Product packaging cannot be used for shipping purposes.
    • Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout. Items must also be free of any smells of fragrance, smoke, sweat or body odours and free of stains, marks, sweat, burns, snags or other blemishes.
    • If any items are returned and are in a damaged, stained, washed, used or worn condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. 


RETURNS

1. A refund can be initiated by emailing the team at info@augmentstraining.com. Please include in the e-mail your order number and relevant images and details such as an explanation for the return to support processing.

2. Once confirmed, we'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for your return request along with instructions for mailing your item(s) back to our warehouse in Australia. Please do not send your items until you have an RMA number emailed to you from our team, as any items shipped without a valid RMA number may not be accepted.

Please note that any shipping costs related to sending items to our warehouse for returns are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure its delivery as we are not liable for items lost by the postal service or carrier in transit. 

3. Once your return items have been received by the warehouse, we will send you an e-mail to notify that we have received your items for processing. Once the return items have been quality checked and approved against the conditions outlined above, we will then issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Please allow for at least 5 business days for processing of the return item upon receipt by the warehouse. Please then allow time for your financial institution to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not currently offer direct exchanges. You may return any items for a refund following the process outlined above and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
