Athlete competition weight is the primary factor in determining the correct fit. If your weight falls between sizes, selecting the smaller size may help ensure the garment is not too loose and maintains a secure fit for competition. For training purposes, sizing up may help provide a more comfortable fit for general training. Athletes that are shorter or taller may consider sizing down or up one size respectively.

Turn the garment inside out and machine wash in cold water with like colours, using clear detergent without synthetic dyes. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets. Hang dry in a cool, shady area away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron. Avoid overstretching and keep away from oils, solvents, and strong chemicals to maintain durability and performance.
