GENERAL

    Augments Training Armoury partners with the Australia Post for all of our shipments and deliveries both domestic and international. Once orders are received by Augments, please allow 1-2 business days for packing and processing. Our fulfilment team operates during business hours Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped from our Sydney-based warehouse.

    • Order shipping prices are calculated at checkout.
    • Augments will provide order tracking numbers via e-mail once your order has shipped from our warehouse. Please note that tracking updates are only initiated once the parcel reaches one of Australia Post’s checkpoints (e.g., depots/post offices), this generally falls within 1-2 business days after processing and dispatch.
    • To track your order, enter the provided number into Australia Post’s tracking system.
    • Domestic orders can be shipped to Australia Post PO Boxes with Express or Standard shipping. International orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
    • Please note that once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post. We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. We do our best to ensure your packages are dispatched in a timely manner, but we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.

    AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

    STANDARD PARCEL POST 

    • This Parcel Post service by Australia Post reaches all of Australia and is the standard option for all of our domestic deliveries. Delivery generally occurs 2-5 business days after shipment for Sydney orders.
    • Interstate delivery timeframes generally fall between 3-6 business days after shipment depending on your postal address location.

    EXPRESS POST

    • The Express Post service by Australia Post provides next business day delivery (post-processing) assuming your postal address is within the Express Post delivery network and meets the Express Post service conditions. The Australia Post Express network captures all capital cities and most major city centres (excluding Darwin; and for Perth between CBDs only).
    • Depending on your postal address allow for up to 1-3 business days for delivery from the date we process and initiate shipping on your order.

    This International Standard service by Australia Post reaches the majority of countries across the world and is the standard option for our international deliveries, with delivery occurring from 7-25 business days after shipment depending on your location across the world.     AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL - EXPRESS

    This International Express service by Australia Post reaches the majority of countries across the world and is the express option for our international deliveries, with delivery occurring from 4-18 business days after shipment depending on your location across the world, refer below for average timeframes of delivery to common destinations.     INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

    International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

    Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by their local customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to the Augments Training Armoury in order to receive a refund. Customers may not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that customers make themselves aware of the duties that apply in their countries in case they are charged. 

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform what the cost might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
