Our elbow sleeves are intended to fit tight due to the density and stiffness of our industry-leading Neoprene. You will experience increased compression as you progress through your workout. Particular effort may be required to wear and remove. It is common that in some instances you may require a training partner to assist in wearing the sleeve.
Measure the circumference around the largest part of your forearm with your arm straight and muscles relaxed, ensuring the measuring tape is snug to the arm. Take this measurement and refer to the table below.
- If your measurement is at the top of a size range, you will have the most tightness recommended from that size. At this range, the sleeves will feel incredibly stiff and are suited for competitions. You may require assistance of a training partner when wearing. For a looser fit, you may choose to size-up for a fit that is less tight, you should consider your own usage purposes when doing so.
- If your measurement is at the bottom of a size range, you may consider sizing down for a tighter fit. Note the sleeve takes particular effort to wear when sizing down and may require the assistance of a training partner.

We recommend that you hand wash under warm water with a gentle detergent suitable for Neoprene products. Air dry completely. We do not suggest the use of a washing machine or dryer as this risks damage in the spinning cycle. Do not bleach or iron as this will cause degradation to the integrity of the Neoprene.
